Tooronga Village is a residential, business and shopping precinct that opened progressively from late 2010 to early 2011 on the corner of Toorak and Tooronga Roads, Glen Iris. It is easily accessible from the Monash Freeway and approximately 7kms south east of the Melbourne CBD. The re-developed shopping centre opened in August 2010 and has a range of 22+ retail businesses, cafes and specialty shops in addition to a large Coles Supermarket and First Choice Liquor Store. The retail precinct is located on levels B2 and P1. Two public car parking entry points are via Crescent Avenue which is a service road that is accessed from Toorak or Tooronga Roads. There are 480 undercover parking spaces for shoppers and the first three hours are free.
