*Applicable to new Jamaica Blue franchisees for new locations only who pay a deposit and sign a franchise offer by 30 June 2026. A credit of $30,000 ex GST will be applied to the franchisee’s royalty account, resulting in a reduction in royalty payments equivalent to that sum. Once the royalty fee credit is exhausted, normal royalty fees in accordance with the franchise agreement will resume. The credit is only available to new prospective franchisees who cover the full amount of the store development investment. Royalty fee credit is not redeemable for cash and is non transferrable. Continued application of the royalty fee credit is conditional upon the franchisee’s ongoing compliance with its obligations to the franchisor and may be forfeited or suspended at the franchisor’s election if the Franchisee is in breach at any time, for which notice is given.
