Espresso Soda Float Recipe
We’ve perfected our Espresso Soda Float – a grown up twist on the childhood classic the ‘coke float’.
Try it for yourself at home:
- Large glass
- Ice-cream 2 Scoops
- Vanilla Syrup 1 pump / 15mls
- Espresso 60mls
- Sparkling Water 100mls
Place ice into large glass, followed by the ice-cream.
Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice-cream then add the espresso.
Top with sparkling water and serve with a straw and spoon.
