Due to recent changes to our loyalty program, members can only have one card per email address. By clicking submit, you agree to have all points & rewards merged on to your selected card.

NOTE: You cannot update or change the email address below. You will only be able select ONE primary card. Once you have selected a primary card it may take up to 10 business days for the cards to merge. You’ll receive an email from us letting you know once this has been done.
