TERMS & CONDITIONS:

(1) The promotion runs from 9am 06 of August to 4pm 06 of September 2018 (NSW/VIC time).

(2) Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over except directors, employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and the owner, directors, employees and immediate families of Jamaica Blue Australia stores.

(3) To enter you must make a purchase over $12 in a single transaction at Jamaica Blue Campbelltown, and scan a registered Jamaica Blue Caribbean Crew loyalty card during the promotional period to receive an entry. Customers can enter multiple times with each valid transaction and scanned Caribbean Crew card during the promotional period giving one entry.

(4) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation. The Promoter is not liable for any damage or loss where a winner forfeits their prize.

(5) The prize is only redeemable at Jamaica Blue Campbelltown Mall, NSW

(6) This is a game of chance and one winner will be selected randomly on 10 September 2018.

(7) The winner consents to the use of his/her name, residential suburb and photograph for promotional purposes in any media.

(8) Entrants consent to the Promoter retaining their personal information and to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to future promotions. If after receiving the first email from the Promoter you wish to opt out of receiving further information you may do so .
