Any rewards from the current program will expire on 28 October 2024. Please use your outstanding rewards by this date.

Do I need to register for the new loyalty program?
Yes, all customers must register for the new program starting 29 October 2024. Registration can be completed via the new Jamaica Blue loyalty app, that will be available on both Apple and Android devices. Alternatively you will be able to complete the registration via the Jamaica Blue website.

Registration is simple. You can download the new Jamaica Blue loyalty app and register your details. Alternatively you will be able to complete the registration via the Jamaica Blue website.
Can I register for the new program before 29 October 2024?
No, customers will not be able to register for the new program until 29 October 2024.
Rewards and Benefits
What happens to my existing points and free coffees?
You need to use your existing rewards by 28 October 2024, as they will not be redeemable after this date.
Can I redeem more than one reward coffee in a single transaction?
Yes, you can redeem multiple reward coffees on your card in a single transaction.
Will the “Coffee for Life” winners continue to receive their free coffee?
Yes, “Coffee for Life” winners will continue to receive their daily free coffee using the new app.

The current Jamaica Blue loyalty program is ending, and you need to register with our new program to continue enjoying the benefits.

We’re upgrading the program to provide even greater benefits and flexibility to our valued members. You’ll still earn points on all your purchases, but with the new program, you have the freedom to choose which product to redeem your rewards for. This means more control and flexibility in how you enjoy your loyalty rewards with Jamaica Blue.
