What happens to my rewards after 22 September 2024?

Any rewards from the current program will expire on 28 October 2024. Please use your outstanding rewards by this date.

The current Jamaica Blue loyalty program is ending, and you need to register with our new program to continue enjoying the benefits.

How does the new program work? What do I get?

The new loyalty program, Jamaica Blue Rewards, will give you the flexibility to earn points for all purchases and have the option to redeem your rewards on the entire range (not just coffees and hot drinks!).You will also get a free coffee when you register and a birthday reward (terms and conditions will apply).

How do I register?

You can join Jamaica Blue Rewards by downloading our app or registering on our website (from 29 October). Once registered, you will be able to scan your app or give the team member your phone number, to earn points and rewards.

Do I need a new card? Or can I keep the one I have?

Our new program does not use cards. Instead of a card you can scan your Jamaica Blue app or give the team your registered mobile number.

Do I have to use the app to register for the program?

No – you can also register via the Jamaica Blue website.

I have points/rewards on my old card? What will happen to them?

Unfortunately, these points and rewards will expire with the end of the old program. But the good news is, once you are register with the new Jamaica Blue Rewards, you can start earning points right away and you will receive a free registration coffee.

I don’t have an email/I don’t have a mobile number?

Unfortunately, the registration does require both email and a mobile phone number to register.

NOTE – It must be a mobile number not a landline phone number

I don’t have a computer how can I register?

You will need a device to download the app or access our website and to register for the program.

I already have the app on my phone. Do I need to do anything?

Yes – you will need to update your app from 29 October. Once you have done this, you will need to re-register.

I am a ‘Win Coffee for life’ winner. What do I need to do?

You will most certainly still be getting your coffees. Once you download the Jamaica Blue app there are a couple of steps to take

-Select ‘log in with mobile’
-Select ‘Forgotten password’ and follow the prompts
-With your new password, select sign in with mobile again
-Enjoy your daily coffee

What are the terms of the new program?

Are all phones compatible with the Jamaica Blue app?

There will be phones that are too old to download the app. The operating system will not allow it. The minimum operating requirements are iOS (Apple) 16+ and Android 13+.
