What is Jamaica Blue Rewards?

Yes! Signing up is completely free and takes just a few minutes through our app.

How do I become a Jamaica Blue Rewards member?
Joining is easy. Download the Jamaica Blue app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, follow the registration steps, and you’re ready to start earning points.
Who can join Jamaica Blue Rewards?
The program is open to Australian residents aged 13 years and older who have a valid email address.
Earning Points
How do I earn Jamaica Blue Rewards points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible products in a single transaction at any Jamaica Blue café.
Do I earn points when I pay with Discount Dollars or redeem rewards?
No. Points are only earned on purchases paid with cash, card, or other standard payment methods.
Discount Dollars & Expiry
What are Discount Dollars?
Discount Dollars are the rewards you earn when you reach 100 points. Each 100 points gives you $10 off your next eligible purchase.
Do my Discount Dollars expire?
Yes. If your account is inactive for 90 days, any unused Discount Dollars will expire.
Can I transfer Discount Dollars or redeem them for cash?
No. Discount Dollars are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Birthday Reward
Do I need to make a purchase to receive my birthday reward?
Yes. To be eligible, you must have made at least one purchase in the 11 months prior to your birthday.
When will my birthday reward appear?
Your birthday reward will be available during your birthday month. You can view it in the app or redeem it in-store by scanning your digital card.
