Notification of Winner	One winner will be randomly selected on May 6, 2025, and notified via the email address provided upon registration to the Jamaica Blue Rewards program. The random draw will be conducted using a computerised random number generator that assigns each valid entry a unique number, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process. No additional information is required to claim prizes. Winner’s must respond by May 22, 2025, or prizes will be forfeited. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Jamaica Blue Pty Limited ACN 059 236 387 of Building 208-1M, The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW 2021 | PO Box 303 Double Bay NSW 1360. Website: www.jamaicablue.com.au (Promotion Website).
The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 16 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 April 2025 (Promotion Period). No entries outside of the Promotion Period will be accepted. The time of entry is the time that an entry is received by the Promoter.
Entry is open to all Australian citizens and permanent residents (Australian Residents) aged 18 years and over at the commencement of the Promotion Period who remain Australian Residents for the duration of the Promotion Period, except for the following persons who are not eligible to enter:
(a)       directors, officers and employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, of the Promoter’s related entities, of the Promoter’s distributors or suppliers, or of agencies associated with the Promotion; Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin;
(b)    persons assisting with the Promotion (and their Immediate Family Members);
(c)    the Promoter’s franchisees (and their Immediate Family Members); and
(d)    directors, officers, employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the   Promoter’s franchisees.
Method of Entry
To enter the Promotion, the entrants must:
(a) during the Promotion Period:
Either:
(i) Purchase any Halloumi limited edition menu item at a Jamaica Blue store; and
(ii) Scan their Jamaica Blue Rewards digital loyalty card.
OR
(i) Purchase any Halloumi limited edition menu item at a Jamaica Blue store via the Jamaica Blue Rewards app
(collectively, Eligible Purchase); and
(b) before the end of the Promotion Period:
(i) have registered as a Jamaica Blue loyalty member
(c) remain Registered at the end of the Promotion Period.
Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion once steps (a) and (b) above are completed, provided that entrants are Registered at the time of making an Eligible Purchase or become Registered after making an Eligible Purchase.
The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. The time zone applicable to any time stated relates to the state or territory where the Promoter is located, unless expressly stated to the contrary.
The Prize is specified in the Prize Details section of the Schedule. The Total Prize Value is specified in the Total Prize Value section of the Schedule. Any prize is valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary.
Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
The entrants must follow the Method of Entry during the Promotion Period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an entrant if their entry is deemed invalid. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
Entrants may submit up to the Maximum number of entries (if applicable).
The Promotion is a game of chance and the winner of the Prize will be determined by a random draw of all valid entries. All valid entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
The random draw to determine the winner of the Prize will take place at [12 pm] AEST on [Tuesday 6 May, 2025] at the Promoter’s office at Building 208-1M, The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW 2021.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order. In the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn then the Prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn in respect to that separate entry pool. The Promoter will continue this process until the Prize is awarded.
The prize is “Win 500 Jamaica Blue Rewards points” in the form of a credit to the winner’s registered Jamaica Blue Rewards account. The value of the Prize is $50 (including GST) and is not redeemable for cash or any other offer.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winner section of the Schedule. Notification to the winner will be deemed to have occurred later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize can be claimed.
The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winner who has not provided correct or complete contact email details. If an entrant’s contact email details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter. Please email to notify of any change in details.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by the law), the Promoter, its franchisees and its associated agencies and entities (including their respective directors, officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or relating to:
(a)    the Promotion;
(b)    any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
(c)    any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d)    any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected;
(e)    any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(f)     the delay, postponement or cancellation of any activity;
(g)    any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(h)     the Prize or any part of the Prize, including, providing, delivering, accepting, taking,            participating in or using the Prize or any part of the Prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties. Entry into the Promotion and acceptance of the Prize or any part of it is conditional on providing this personal information. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its privacy policy, which can be viewed at www.jamaicablue.com.au/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning an entrant or winner. The privacy policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a privacy breach and how those complaints will be dealt with.
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.
