Expresso Soda Float Recipe

We’ve perfected our Expresso Soda Float – a grown up twist on the childhood classic the ‘coke float’.

You can try this delicious combination in-store or at home with our Signature by Jamaica Blue coffee capsules available at our online store.

Try it for yourself at home:

  • Large glass
  • Ice-cream 2 Scoops
  • Vanilla Syrup 1 pump / 15mls
  • Espresso 60mls
  • Sparkling Water 100mls

Place ice into large glass, followed by the ice-cream.
Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice-cream then add the espresso.
Top with sparkling water and serve with a straw and spoon.
